Delaware Hayes’ Chloe Jeffers drive past a Westerville North defender during a game earlier this season in Delaware. Jeffers, who averaged 21.7 points per game, is the All-Delaware County girls basketball Player of the Year. The Butler commit surpassed the 1,000-career point mark this season, breaking her own school record for points in a single game multiple times.
